Very helpful, very efficient. Delivery was on time and clothes absolutely lovely.

The dungarees were of the usual high quality I expect from this company. They are able to produce classical and also playful pieces with the highest quality fabrics! Always my first go to when looking for something new.

Very happy with the item - the Albany organic hoodie - lovely and soft, but sadly not quite as long as it seemed from the photo in the catalogue. Not enough to make me want to send it back though.

The item that I ordered was out of stock.I was happy to wait and it arrived earlier than expected.Delivery was quick and packed beautifully.

I had great hopes for these but they are just too pyjama ish and not really wide enough on the legMaybe a different less clean cut stripe would have been better So sorry have to return

I ordered some denim dungarees end of Feb and was told delivery would be 2nd April. When they didn’t arrive I messaged, and was informed there was a delay. Disappointed that I had to contact to find this out! Delivery would now be end of April. Unfortunately when they finally arrived I didn’t like the fit. During the long wait I had ordered and received dungarees from another company and preferred the shape of these. I am a straight up and down shape, no waist, small hips, but with a 34DD bust and I found these dungarees didn’t flatter my figure as much as the other pair did. I have now returned them.

I love Baukjen, their concept and clothes, but returns are such a hassle as it takes ages to get a refund. Please improve that!!!

The parcel arrived promptly. The dress was quite creased. I loved the colour and material, however, the top on the left side bulged and the fit was slightly tight across my stomach. Unfortunately there was not enough in the seam to alter the fit. A size 14 would have been far too big on my shoulders. Sadly I have had to return the dress.

My first purchase went well. Delivery was on time and the packaging was beautiful and eco friendly. Exactly what I was expecting from buying from the company.I bought on sale items and they corresponded to the pics. Beautiful fabric. I am very pleased. I will go back for more!
